Education and Professional Experience
I graduated from M. Gorky Donetsk State Medical University with a degree in General Medicine and subsequently completed my surgical internship at the Donetsk Regional Oncology Centre.
From 2000, I worked as a surgical oncologist, specialising in breast and thyroid surgery, abdominal surgical oncology, coloproctology, urological oncology, and intra-arterial chemotherapy.
During this period, I completed additional training at the Komisarenko Institute of Endocrinology,
as well as international training in laparoscopic surgery in Serbia in 2006.
From 2008 to 2015, I served as Head of the Surgical Department at the Donetsk Regional
Oncology Centre.
During this time, I continued my international professional training:
Czech Republic, 2010 — laparoscopic kidney resection
France, 2013 — laparoscopic gynaecology
In 2010, I successfully defended my doctoral thesis and was awarded a PhD in Medical Sciences.
Since 2014, I have worked in the field of gynaecological oncology, introducing minimally invasive laparoscopic techniques into clinical practice.
From 2016, I worked as a surgical oncologist at the National Cancer Institute in Kyiv, in the Department of Minimally Invasive and Endoscopic Surgery.
In 2020, I became Head of the Department of Minimally Invasive Surgery, where we developed modern approaches to the treatment of gastric cancer, rectal cancer, gynaecological cancers, and endovascular procedures.
During this period, I also completed professional training in the United States:
Chicago, 2017 — breast surgical oncology
Pittsburgh, 2019 — gynaecological oncology
Since 2000, I have also participated in international clinical trials conducted in accordance with Good Clinical Practice standards.
In 2024, I completed a specialisation in ultrasound diagnostics and advanced training in modern laparoscopic techniques in France.
Since 2025, I have been working in Poland, providing consultations, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and online consultations.
My clinical experience spans more than 26 years.
